A lot of these Recipes didn't even have real chinese Ingredients in them most of the time. Only here & there would the Author throw in some Soy-sauce, Mue-Er mushrooms and maybe a few Mung Beans here and some Mie noodles there. Very Cliché!
I was waiting for her to tell us, that Chop Suey was the national chinese Dish, but she didn't go that far... thank Goodness!
